Deposit and withdrawal methods
Move money the way you already move it in the UK. Deposits and withdrawals are free of platform charges on every method below, and each table shows the payment type, the fee and the processing time you can expect.
Deposit methods
Faster Payments bank transfer is the quickest way to fund your account from a UK bank. Cards offer the same speed if you prefer them.
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Faster Payments bank transfer | Local bank transfer | Free | Instant | A standard UK bank transfer sent through Faster Payments is the quickest way to fund your account from a UK bank. Payments are confirmed in your banking app and typically reach the account within minutes, although first-time transfers can occasionally be held by your bank for security review. |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Free | Instant | Visa debit and credit cards let you fund your account straight from the card issued by your UK bank. After standard verification with your bank, the deposit is normally credited instantly. Your bank may apply its own cash-advance style rules for credit cards. |
| Mastercard | Debit / credit card | Free | Instant | Mastercard deposits work the same way as Visa: authorise the payment in your banking app and the funds usually arrive straight away. The platform does not charge a card deposit fee; only your issuing bank's own terms apply. |
| USDT TRC-20 | Digital assets | Free | Within 24 hours | Clients who already hold digital assets can deposit USDT over the TRC-20 network. The transfer is confirmed on the network and credited within 24 hours, often sooner. Only send USDT on TRC-20; funds sent on other networks cannot be recovered. |
Withdrawal methods
Withdrawals go back to the same type of source you funded from wherever possible, which is both a security measure and the fastest route to your money.
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Local bank transfer | Free | 1–3 business days | Withdrawals back to your UK bank account are sent by bank transfer and usually arrive within one to three business days. Requests are reviewed before release, and your bank's own processing times apply after that. |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Free | 1–5 business days | Where your card issuer supports it, withdrawals can be returned to the Visa card you deposited with. Final crediting depends on your issuer and typically takes one to five business days. |
| USDT TRC-20 | Digital assets | Free | Within 24 hours | Digital-asset withdrawals in USDT over the TRC-20 network are normally processed within 24 hours of approval. Network conditions can add a short delay, and the receiving address must be a TRC-20 address you control. |
Working-day counts start when a request passes our security review, which is normally same-day during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays)). Weekends and UK bank holidays are not working days, so a withdrawal approved on Friday afternoon typically lands on Tuesday or Wednesday for card methods. Full rules, verification requirements and reasons a request can be held are on the Withdrawal policy page, and the costs behind these methods are listed on the Fees and pricing page.
