Fraud warning
We take every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time we identify companies and websites that use our name or names similar to ours without permission, causing confusion and spreading false information about our company and services. This page exists so you can tell the real Tradevisor AI from an imitation in under a minute.
Why we publish this warning
Cloning is a standard trick in financial fraud: a legitimate brand is copied, a lookalike website is launched, and victims are steered to it through adverts, social media or cold calls. The copy looks convincing precisely because the original looks professional. Naming the risk openly, and telling you exactly how we do and do not communicate, is the most reliable protection we can offer.
Clone companies and lookalike sites
If you suspect you are dealing with a company using our brand, name or logo without permission, do not share any personal information with it and notify us immediately at [email protected]. We work continuously to identify clone operations, but we are straightforward about the limits: some remain undetected for a period, and new ones appear as old ones are taken down.
Always verify the legitimacy of any company you deal with online before sharing personal data or entering any business relationship. In the UK, the Financial Conduct Authority maintains a warning list of known clones and unauthorised firms that is free to search.
How to recognise the real Tradevisor AI
- Our only website domain is tradevisor-ai.org, and our only support email is [email protected].
- We never ask for your password, one-time codes or full card numbers by email, phone or chat.
- We never ask you to move money to a private individual, a "safe account" or a wallet address sent to you in a message.
- We never promise guaranteed returns or pressure you with a "today only" deadline on a deposit.
- Deposits are made only from within your own dashboard, to the account details shown there.
What we know about misuse of our name
We are aware of cases where our name and the personal details of our staff have been misused for fraudulent purposes that we cannot influence or control. While we deeply regret the financial losses suffered by anyone affected, our company is not liable for fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by third parties we have no relationship with. Reporting such cases to us and to Action Fraud helps us warn others and support takedown requests.
If you have already responded to a suspicious approach
Contact your bank immediately, from the number on your card, and ask about their fraud process; the sooner a transfer is flagged, the better the chances of recovery. Then report to Action Fraud (the UK's national fraud reporting service) and write to us with whatever you received: addresses, phone numbers, screenshots all help. If you shared credentials for your Tradevisor AI account, change the password at once and tell support, who can freeze withdrawals pending review.
Staying sceptical is not rude
A genuine company will never object to you verifying a callback number, hanging up and calling back on a published address, or taking a day to think. If someone pushing an "investment" objects to any of those, the objection itself is your answer.
