Withdrawal policy

This policy sets out the rules for withdrawing funds from your Tradevisor AI account: the methods available, how long they take, what checks apply before release, and what to do if a request is delayed. By requesting a withdrawal you accept these rules.

1. Available withdrawal methods

Withdrawals are available by bank transfer to your UK bank account, to the Visa card you deposited with where your issuer supports it, and in USDT over the TRC-20 network to a wallet you control. Each method, its fee (free of platform charges on all three) and its normal processing time are listed on the Deposit and withdrawal methods page, which this policy sits alongside.

2. Processing times

Bank transfers normally complete within one to three working days of approval, card withdrawals within one to five working days, and USDT TRC-20 withdrawals within 24 hours. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. The count starts at approval, not at submission, and the final leg to your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

3. What can affect timing

Requests submitted outside support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays)) are reviewed the next working day. Larger-than-usual requests, a recent change of bank details and first withdrawals to a new destination all pass extra security review, which can add up to one working day. Public holidays compress bank processing on their own schedule, whatever we do.

4. Fees and charges

The platform charges nothing for withdrawals on any method. Third parties involved in the transfer, your bank, your card issuer, or the network in the case of USDT, may apply their own costs under their terms. Any amount you will actually receive is shown for confirmation before a request is submitted.

5. Limits

Per-method minimum and maximum amounts are shown in your dashboard at the point of request, and they can differ between bank, card and digital-asset routes. If you need to withdraw more than the dashboard's maximum in one request, support can arrange it as a scheduled series, subject to the same security review.

6. Verification checks (KYC / AML)

Your account must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is paid, as described in our AML / KYC policy. Withdrawals are paid to destinations that match your verified identity: your own bank account, your own card, your own wallet. Monitoring rules can hold a withdrawal where a pattern requires a second look; if that happens you are told a review is under way and roughly what to expect.

7. Reasons a request can be delayed or declined

Common and fixable causes: mismatched account holder names, documents that have expired or are unreadable, or a destination that has not been used before and needs confirmation. More serious causes: incomplete verification, an open complaint or investigation affecting the funds, suspected third-party access to the account, or a legal obligation restricting the funds. A decline is always explained as specifically as we are permitted to.

8. Your responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide correct bank, card or wallet details, to keep them current, and to check them on the confirmation screen before submitting. Funds sent to details you supplied in error are extremely hard to recover, and in the worst case unrecoverable. If you notice an error after submitting, contact [email protected] immediately: an unprocessed request can still be corrected.

9. Cancelling or changing a request

A pending withdrawal can be cancelled or amended from the dashboard, or by support on your behalf, until it enters processing. Once processing has begun, it must run its course; an amendment then means a new request after the original completes. Cancelling a withdrawal returns the funds to your trading balance, from which you can submit a corrected request.

10. Support

Questions or problems with withdrawals go to [email protected] with the request reference if you have one. We aim to answer within one business hour during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays)), and every withdrawal case is handled by a named person in the Client Support & Compliance team.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy can be updated as methods, third-party arrangements or UK requirements change. The published version on this page is the one that applies, and material changes are notified to registered clients in advance. Nothing in it removes rights you have as a UK consumer, and unresolved disputes follow the route on our Complaints procedure page.
