These terms govern your use of the Tradevisor AI website and the services provided through it. By using the site you accept them. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on your own interpretation.
1. The website and the services
Tradevisor AI operates this website as an informational and marketing platform for AI-assisted market analysis and account management tools for UK clients. Where a transaction is executed, it is executed with a licensed legal entity identified during onboarding, and the terms of that entity govern the transaction itself. These terms govern your use of this site and the account services we provide directly.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: do not share them, and tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has access.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site and services for their intended purpose: managing your own account, receiving analysis and information, and communicating with our team. You may quote limited extracts of our content with attribution. You may not scrape the site at scale, resell our materials as your own, or use the platform on behalf of third parties without our written agreement.

5. Marketing materials and information emails
Where you have agreed to receive them, we send service messages (account security, withdrawal status) and, separately, optional marketing about platform features. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings or via any email's unsubscribe link. Service messages are not marketing and cannot be switched off, because they protect your account.
6. Intellectual property
The Tradevisor AI name, logo, site design, texts and software are our property or used under licence. Nothing on the site transfers ownership to you, and our marks may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership or any relationship that does not exist. Third-party names appear only to describe compatible services and remain their owners' property.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In brief: we collect what the service needs (identity, contact and account data), use it for defined purposes, keep it under UK data-protection rules and never sell it.
8. Links to third-party sites
Where we link to external services, such as payment providers or data sources, those links are for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Follow such links on your own judgement and read their terms.
9. Financial information, not advice
Content on this site, including AI-generated analysis, is information, not investment advice, and does not take your personal circumstances into account. Trading involves risk, including loss of your deposit. Nothing here is a solicitation to exceed the risk you have decided, in advance, is acceptable to you.
10. Accuracy of information and disclaimer of warranties
We work to keep the site accurate, complete and current, but information may change, and market data can be delayed or imperfect. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability

Where a change materially affects existing clients, we will notify registered users in advance by email. Continued use after that notice constitutes acceptance.
