Getting started: your first steps on the platform
This guide takes you from "I have just registered" to "my account is funded and my first strategy is running". By the end of it you will have an activated account, a deposit in GBP, a chosen starting strategy and a clear idea of what happens next. Nothing here assumes prior trading experience.
Step 1: Register your account
Start from the registration form on the Create account page. Enter your full name, email address and phone number: these three details are enough to open the account, and everything else follows the manager's call. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else; a password manager is the honest answer for most people.
Right after registering, switch on two-factor authentication from your account's security settings, and confirm the email address on the account is one you actually check, because security notifications and withdrawal confirmations go there. Your personal manager will call within 24 hours to verify your details and schedule the activation.
Checklist for this step
- Unique password, stored somewhere safe
- 2FA enabled from day one
- Registered email actively monitored
- Manager's call answered or rescheduled
Step 2: Connect your account and fund it
On the manager's call you complete identity verification (a passport, driving licence or national identity card, plus a recent proof of address; the full list is in our AML / KYC policy). Once verification passes, your account is activated and you choose how to fund it.
For UK clients, a Faster Payments bank transfer is usually the natural choice: free, and typically credited within minutes from your banking app. Visa and Mastercard deposits are equally free and instant, and USDT TRC-20 is available if you already hold digital assets. Whichever route you choose, the deposit is made from your own dashboard, never by transferring to details someone sends you in a message.
The minimum for the Basic plan is £250. Your manager will talk through the three plans (fees page) but the decision, including the decision to deposit less than you could, stays with you.

Step 3: Set up analysis and monitoring
With the account funded, you and your manager choose the markets the engine should watch on your behalf: major currency pairs, gold, selected shares, digital assets, or a spread across them. You then set the conditions that matter to you: how much of the balance a strategy may use, alert preferences, and reporting frequency.
You can start from the ready-made strategies built and maintained by experienced traders, which is what most first-month clients do, or define your own conditions once you are comfortable with the platform's settings. The engine runs continuously from here, including overnight, and the volatility guard rails can pause activity when conditions turn extreme. Monitoring does not mean staring at a screen: the dashboard summarises what happened and the weekly report explains it.
Notifications are worth two minutes of setup: enable market alerts that matter to you and leave security notifications on. You can refine both later, but starting from "informed" is easier than catching up.
Step 4: Review and manage
The dashboard is your cockpit: balances, open activity, performance to date, active strategies and their recent decisions. Make a habit of one deliberate review a week rather than anxious checks every hour; the platform's reporting is designed for that rhythm, and calmer decisions are usually better ones.
Management means small adjustments: rebalancing what a strategy may use, pausing one that no longer fits, withdrawing gains you do not want to redeploy, or booking a call with your manager when the numbers do not say what you expected. Withdrawals can be requested at any time from the dashboard, follow the withdrawal policy, and there is no exit fee from our side.
Important notes before you go further
No guarantee of profit
Nothing on the platform, including AI analysis, guarantees returns. Trading involves the risk of losing part or all of the amount you invest.
You own the decisions
Managers explain and the engine analyses, but how much you expose and when you stop are your decisions. Make them deliberately.
Read the risk pages
The Risk disclosure page lists the specific risks; five minutes there prevents most surprises.
